The VSLS/LUMS is one of our core products designed and manufactured and, consequently, has become one of our most mature & refined products on offer. Having delivered over hundreds of units nationwide, we believe our product is a reliable solution.

Our standard product solution uses a Hot-Swappable, Wafer-Thin, Lightweight Display. The LED display is separate from the local installation enclosure, which houses the sign's unique identification card, facilitating a 'hot-swappable' display. This design is engineered to ensure an easy swap using a single "pull & twist" data/power cable connector and quick release on the retaining springs/latches.

This design dramatically assists in the deployment and maintenance as Technicians are on-site for a minimal time, thus reducing their exposure to traffic and hazards (increasing safety as displays can be swapped out in less than a couple of minutes).

It should be noted that J1 LED has deployed several different configurations to meet individual project demands. The design is subject to an exhaustive compliance process that ensures the signs continue to perform at a high quality and standard regardless of the project-specific constraints.

Lane Use Management Sign (LUMS) and Integrated Speed & Lane Use Sign (ISLUS) combines the functionality of Variable Speed Limit and Lane Control within the single signage unit.
