J1's VSLS Wafers & VMS Enhance the Logan Motorway

Brisbane's Logan motorway is now home to 150 C-sized Variable Speed Limit Signs and four C-sized Variable Message Signs from J1-LED as a part of Transurban Queensland's $512 million Logan Enhancement Project.

J1's VSLS deliver a safer, smoother drive by allowing controllers to modulate traffic speed as needed - reducing traffic time for through traffic, and relieving local congestion.

J1's Variable Message Signs provide motorists with timely communication regarding road closures, vehicle breakdowns, travel times and safety messages.

The Logan Enhancement Project (LEP) provided 15 kilometers of new lanes, with the aim of unlocking the economic potential of the region. J1's work on the project concluded in September.
