SERVICE
To meet expectations of a responsive after-sales & warranty service, we hold stock of critical spares, incident repair kits and OEM components in Queensland & Victoria. This is delivered by both our dedicated Service Manager with experienced Technicians and with our various Service Agents across the Nation specialising in our product range.
In addition to this, J1-LED provides 24/7 Technical Support manned by our multidisciplinary engineering team, not outsourced to third-party providers. The ability of clients/customers or other technical staff to deal directly with the engineers who develop and maintain the product is well-regarded by J1-LED clients.
Further resources at your disposal include our dedicated PCB Repair Facility, which is manned full-time, with all relevant testing jigs, spare components, and schematic captures. This enables us to very efficiently repair and/or replace devices at a component level and then test them, prior to dispatching.

LIFE CYCLE UPGRADES (LCU) & MAINTENANCE
Warranty and service packs are available for all J1-LED products, extending our standard servicing arrangements to provide up to 24 hour roadside assistance.

Our products are built to last, but that doesn’t mean we let them get ‘old’. Firmware and software updates occur remotely to keep your investment at peak operation. Staff training and user manuals are available for all products. We can service and update your non-J1 products to provide a more integrated fleet.
