Our expertise in engineering and fabrication makes J1-LED the right choice for all your safety vehicle and fleet fit-out needs.  We custom design and build trays, high-strength headboards, as well as tray fixtures such as cages, lock boxes, turnstiles, frames and ladders. 

Operation of the lights and signage is easy, thanks to the innovative ACS (Autonomous Control System) touch-screen LCD interface, which is seamlessly mounted into the dashboard of the vehicle.

Working closely with our traffic customers, we understand their need for flexible fleet solutions.  We designed our products to be modular, allowing for rapid installation and removal, so you can ‘reclaim the tray’ when a VMS ute is not required.
